Bluetooth not connecting straight away on Android

We are aware that on some android devices the probe does not connect straight away, i.e you press the reconnect, a menu appears, you press the probe and press connect, yet nothing happens, the LED stays blinking red. Just go ahead and try again and it will work. 
We are aware of this and apologise for the inconvenience and we are looking for a fix.
