The sensors and the reference electrode work best after a bit of conditioning, if you have not used it in a long time eg weeks soak it in the conditioning bottle for a few hoursIf it has been a few days, pop it into the conditioning while you are getting ready, eg getting your sample beakers out, or preparing samples, this will be 15 to 30 minutes, but really helps with accuracy
